Principal’s Bicentennial message to the community

McGIll Principal Suzanne Fortier

Principal Suzanne Fortier recently shared her thoughts on the Bicentennial in a special message to McGillians. Acknowledging the unusual timing of this milestone, the Principal reflected on how the pandemic has been a reminder of our collective strength and has pushed us to reimagine what we can achieve in our third century.

McGill University’s bicentennial anniversary represents a momentous occasion for our community. It is as much a time to celebrate our long history of achievement as it is an opportunity for reflection as we chart the course for our third century.”

- Suzanne Fortier, Principal and Vice-Chancellor
