The McGill 1821 Society and the Macdonald Legacy Society honour those who give to McGill University through a legacy gift, such as a bequest in their will. Legacy gifts make a powerful, lasting impact on the University.
We take great care and pride in recognizing and thanking our donors. Members of our legacy societies receive VIP access to the McGill Faculty Club, invitations to our annual recognition event, Afternoon Tea with the the President, as well as additional McGill events. They also receive a personalized membership certificate signed by McGill’s President, and a commemorative pin.
