Amelie Fabian, BCom’18, grew up in a refugee camp in Malawi after her family fled Rwanda. A World University Service Canada Student Refugee Program scholarship allowed her to come to McGill and pursue her dream of a university education. Her next big dream is a career in public policy with a focus on education for refugees.
