I applied to McGill for many reasons, but the most important reason was that McGill had an international reputation for being one of the premier medical schools in the world. I knew I was going to get an outstanding education.
What stands out for me about my time as a student is having so many outstanding teachers and being constantly inspired. I also remember being surrounded by a lot of really, really smart colleagues.
McGill taught me to be a thorough and conscientious physician, and to be committed to passing on knowledge and skills to subsequent generations of physicians.
