I moved to Canada, to Montreal, 17 years ago. A few years later, I became the first woman Dean at the Faculty of Dentistry at McGill. I have always believed that women can grow and show their full capacity if they are empowered by a supportive environment. I was trained by a McGillian during my PhD, and McGill made me a leader.
