Made by opportunity and serendipity

I came to McGill thinking I didn’t have what it takes to be a teacher or a researcher, let alone the calibre of a McGill professor. But I don’t think I was ever aware of what I had to offer. Through opportunities and serendipity, I explored new paths that ultimately led me to make an impact as a teacher and a researcher at a level that I never expected.
