Jennifer Heil, BCom’13

Social innovator, community activist, VP, and Olympic mogul champion

Jennifer Heil is one of Canada’s most accomplished amateur athletes, having won multiple World Championships, Olympic and World Cup titles. She won gold in moguls at the Olympic Games in Turin in 2006, followed by silver at the Olympics in Vancouver in 2010. While training, Heil juggled her studies at McGill. She co-founded B2ten, a privately funded, non-profit organization that provides key support to elite Canadian athletes and is leading the development of the most comprehensive child protection practices in sport in Canada, when fully implemented in 2021 on behalf of viaSport British Columbia.

Heil received the Young Alumni Achievement Award at the Desautels Management Achievement Awards in February 2020. She is a 2021 Stanford MSx Sloan Fellow Candidate.
